Review the Draft Plan
Wilson County Master Land Use Plan
Known as Plan Wilson, the Master Land Use Plan lays out a vision that is intended to depict community preferences for future growth and a strategy for achieving those preferences. The plan provides a general policy framework that will be used to guide the county’s decisions related to the land development review process. The plan does not have the authority of regulation. The county’s zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations establish requirements and govern the development review process.
