We would like to provide an opportunity for each resident and interested stakeholder to share their opinions and expectations for how the county should grow. Throughout the effort, we will be conducting various surveys and polls to take the pulse of the community.

Review the Draft Plan

The draft plan is now available for public review and feedback. The plan provides a general policy framework that will be used to guide the county's decisions related to the land development review process. The plan does not have the authority of regulation. The county's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations establish requirements and govern the development review process.
